Your use of our website and the services available through the website are subject to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Condition at any time. Please do not use our website if you do not agree to any of these Terms. Your use of our website indicates your consent to the Terms.

    Refund Policy

    All tickets are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Duplicate transactions are also non-refundable because duplicate transactions prevent other customers from purchasing tickets. There will NOT be a refund for bus delay due to weather, traffic, and mechanical issue.

    Rescheduling Policy

    Customers can reschedule their tickets up to 7 hours prior to the departure time with a $20 service fee charged each time. Tickets cannot be re-scheduled less than 7 hours prior to the departure time. However, if tickets for the original bus are sold out,the ticket cannot be re-scheduled even if it is 7 hours or more prior to the departure time. Ticket can be rescheduled up to four times.

    Acceptable Ticket Formats

    Ohio Coach accepts e-tickets as a printed copy, an email shown on a phone or other electronic devices.

    Standby Policy

    Tickets can only be used on the time and date stated on the ticket. Standby policy will not apply on Ohio Coach Tickets. If a passenger misses a bus, his/her ticket will be expired. He/she will need to purchase a new ticket in order to board the bus.

    Service Animal Policy

    No pets are allowed on the bus except trained service animals that allow passengers with disabilities to perform necessary activities. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness or carrier). Service animals must ride in the bus within the customer‘s space and shall not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat. Ohio Coach reserves the right to refuse passage any animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other customers or personnel.

    Smoking

    Buses are smoke-free. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and all electronic simulated smoking materials, is prohibited on board.

    Rest Stops

    Stops where passengers depart and board the bus are NOT rest stops. Do NOT leave the bus at these stations unless it is your scheduled departure station. Rest stops are between 5 to 10 minutes long. If you need to use the restroom for longer than 10 minutes, you are required to notify the driver beforehand.

    Luggage

    Each passenger is allowed to have one check-in bag and one carry-on bag. The check-in bag should not weigh over 50 pounds and must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions (length+width+height). Extra charges ($10 to $20 per piece) apply for oversized and additional bags.

    Bicycles

    The transportation of bicycles is not guaranteed. Ohio Coach will transport bicycles on a space available basis. Extra fees may apply when Ohio Coach is available to transport bicycles. No bicycles are allowed during Fri., Sat., Sun. and holidays.

    Minors Traveling Alone

    Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

    Seniors, Students, Veterans Discounts

    There are no special offers for seniors, students, veterans etc.

    Special Assistance

    For passengers with disabilities or special needs, including people who use wheelchair, we require 48-hours advance notice through our customer service at 646-693-3768 or help@OhioCoach.com. This advance notice is in accordance with Federal guideline. It also allows us to ensure your request can be accommodated.

    Conditions of use

    1. If you purchased your ticket online, please arrive at the station 30 minutes prior to the departure time to guarantee your seat. If the passenger has not checked in 30 minutes prior to the departure time, the seat might be sold to others.

    2. A government issued photo ID and copy of e-ticket (in one of the acceptable formats) are required at boarding. Failure to present both may cause a delay or cancellation of your trip.

    3. The customers' name(s) on the e-ticket should match the passengers' or one of the passengers' names.

    4. Please be advised that the ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket.
